With the increasing cost of doing business creating a new set of challenges, developing business resilience has never been more important. That is why Hackney Council has partnered with business support experts, Newable to fund the Hackney Building Business Resilience Series, a five-part virtual event programme to help eligible micro and small businesses in Hackney to adapt and grow through challenges.
The series has been shaped by ongoing workshops run by the Council with businesses in the borough as part of a wider business support programme. Each event will explore different ways to futureproof your business against uncertainty, covering topics such as cost-saving strategies, managing suppliers effectively, employee morale and growth through e-commerce and international sales.
By understanding what resilience looks like for your business, you can develop the skills needed to not only survive through challenges but adapt and grow.
