“The support throughout the Supply Chain Transition Programme from my Supply Chain Adviser, Chelsea, has been great. I couldn’t quite believe how quickly she was able to crystalise the knotty problems we had to work through and the clarity this helped us to create immediate next steps. She has kept us on track and facilitated our discussions so well throughout.”

“The biggest benefit of a Business Adviser is having the time to drill down and have my ideas tested. It’s easy to get into the weeds, and knowing that we were both committed to achieving the best result possible for our organisation and to securing the right consultant to deliver our agreed business development project was just great.

We’ve already identified marketing and sales strategy as priorities and I anticipate this feeding through to tangible revenue growth over the next 12 – 18 months.”
